Comprehensive study of the strategy, laws, doctrine and policy governing the Department of Defense's (DOD) role in its Homeland Defense mission and also the Homeland Security mission; DOD's support to other federal departments and the states under federal law such as The Stafford Act and Defense Support of Civil Authorities. Prerequisite: Graduate classification.
