Introduction and exploration of structural inequities at nonprofit organizations; knowledge and practical skills required to build more inclusive workplaces, lead diverse teams, and prioritize equity in their organizations; building abilities to recognize fairness barriers; empowering learners to address these issues from a data perspective to accelerate racial equity at nonprofit organizations. Prerequisites: Graduate classification or approval of department head.
