Catalog description

Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Evaluation tools most commonly used in public and nonprofit programs; includes developing program theory through needs assessments, implementation and process assessment, methods of impact evaluation, and efficiency analysis (cost-benefit and cost-effectiveness analysis); focus on critical analysis and understanding of both the underlying programs and their evaluations. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in PSAA 210 and PSAA 301 ; junior or senior classification.
