Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Examination of how public policy issues are contested and shaped by the major cleavages in American society, such as race and ethnicity, economic and social class, and gender; strategies for building consensus across these divisions. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in PSAA 210 ; PSAA major or approval of department head; junior or senior classification.
