Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Survey of theory and application of ethics in government; how public values motivate policy actors to justify policy preferences; focus on ethical dilemmas related to the exercise of administrative discretion; review of systems of professional ethics for public administrative professions. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in PSAA 210 ; PSAA major or approval of department head; junior or senior classification.
