Exploration of challenges and constraints faced in public organizations and public managers worldwide; examination of the management of nongovernmental organizations (NGO) in international settings; exploration of factors behind variations in institutional and social contexts. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in PSAA 210 ; PSAA major or approval of department head; junior or senior classification.
