Study of the politics and structure of governmental institutions in a comparative venue; examination of the building blocks by which patterns of governments and institutions can be identified across various political systems of the world; role of institutions across different types of political systems and how they are affected by global economic factors. Prerequisites: POLS 206 and POLS 207 ; junior or senior classification.
