Credits 6. 6 Other Hours. Introduction to clinical oncology pharmacy practice; designed to develop further the knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical support to the inpatient oncology service patient including staging, treatment, dosing, monitoring and supportive care issues, including comfort, empathy and pain management; responsible for designing a treatment plan for cancer patients, identifying and following monitoring parameters and supplying specific supportive regiments based on current literature and guidelines. Prerequisite: P4 classification.
