Credits 6. 6 Other Hours. Introduction to the academic practice of pharmacy; development and enhancement of knowledge and understanding of an academic career, development of personal teaching skills, and exposure to the various responsibilities associated with a full-time faculty position in pharmacy education; responsible for didactic and small group teaching, including active learning techniques, assessment, instructional technology and learning theories; exposure to class coordination techniques and the administrative components of academia. Prerequisite: P4 classification.
