This course is designed to reinforce the application of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic principles along with enhanced of critical thinking and confident clinical decision-making regarding therapeutic drug monitoring. Patient-centered therapeutic plans that address pharmacokinetic problems are applied in the management of clinical cases. Offered: Spring semester. Prerequisites: PHAR 810 and PHAR 811 . Corequisites: PHAR 812 , PHAR 813 and PHAR 815 .
