Credits 5. 5 Lecture Hours. IPT VI: Critical Care, GI, Pulmonary, Rheumatic, Ophthalmology, and Dermatology. This course presents common GI conditions, rheumatologic disorders and pulmonary disease with major emphasis on peptic ulcer disease, GERD, irritable bowel disease, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, benign prostatic hypertrophy, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, arthritis, gout, SLE, asthma, COPD and allergic rhinitis. Offered: Fall semester. Prerequisite: P3 standing. Corequisites: PHAR 810 and PHAR 814 .
