Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. This course covers the measurement and interpretation of drug concentrations in biological fluids with a focus on the relationship between drug dose and effect. Students calculate and interpret pharmacokinetic parameters, discuss pharmacokinetic principles, and assess factors that affect drug disposition. Offered: Fall semester. Prerequisite: P2 standing. Corequisite: PHAR 741 .
