Credits 2. 2 Lecture Hours. This elective course is an overview of academic pharmacy, its role in higher education, and the triumvirate faculty roles in teaching, research, and service. During this course, the focus is on teaching in academic pharmacy and the value of teacher’s self-knowledge. Various career paths in academic pharmacy are presented. Elective course. Offered: Fall semester. Prerequisite: P2 Standing.
