Catalog description

Credits 4. 4 Lecture Hours. This course provides core knowledge of human physiology and pathophysiology with elements of anatomy needed to understand: (1) normal function of the body systems, (2) common disease states, and (3) the role of pharmacologic agents in various physiologic disorders and pathological conditions. Offered: Fall semester. Prerequisite: Admission to Doctor of Pharmacy Program.
