Preparation in achieving differentiating drilling performance in the most complex wells; includes training in the underlying physics of each type of performance limiter and real time and engineering practices to address the limitation; performance management workflows and change models required to effectively change the way organizations conduct work essential in achieving higher performance. Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in PETE 355 .
