Credits 3. 3 Other Hours. Engage with advanced theoretical and empirical literature in organizational psychology to critically evaluate key constructs and research methodologies. Compare and contrast major theories, assess scientific findings and identify future research directions. Emphasis is placed on developing analytical skills through the examination of research design, data interpretation and methodological rigor across varied organizational contexts. Topics will vary across instructors and have included but are not limited to job stress, occupational health, diversity in organizations, job attitudes, motivation, organizational behavior and leadership. May be taken six times for credit. Prerequisite: PBSI 610 or approval of instructor.
