Explore the psychological foundations of behavior in organizational settings, with emphasis on evidence-based approaches to motivation, leadership, teamwork, job attitudes, organizational climate, workplace diversity and occupational health. Examine how psychological theories and research inform practices that enhance employee well-being and organizational effectiveness. Critically evaluate empirical findings and their application to real-world organizational challenges, fostering a deeper understanding of how individuals and groups function within workplace systems.
