Principal methods of cellular/molecular investigation of proteins and nucleic acids including immunocy to chemistry, western blotting, northern/southern blotting, radioimmunoassay, in situ hybridization, polymerase chain reaction, intracellular recording, and fluorescence confocal microscopy; offered summer semester. Prerequisite: OBIO 640 or equivalent.
