Credit 1. 1 Lecture Hour. Critical review and synthesis of current and historical peer-reviewed publications in the field of nutrition and related life and biomedical sciences; structured evaluation of literature, independent research and experiences gained in classroom will culminate in a written professional paper and an oral presentation delivered to the class based on a student-selected nutrition topic of interest. Prerequisite: Senior classification; NUTR majors.
