Advanced knowledge of acute and chronic health problems in primary care; epidemiology, pathology, assessment, diagnosis, therapeutic modalities and evaluation for identified conditions; role of the family nurse practitioner in health promotion and disease prevention among adults. Prerequisites: NURS 617 , NURS 618 and NURS 653 .
