Concepts of clinical decision-making, delegation, teamwork and inter-professional dynamics are incorporated in the context of legal, ethical, and evidence-based practice. Concepts for building future practice excellence, growth in profession, providing value to employers, and life management skills are explored; includes a clinical component. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in NURS 433 and NURS 442 ; grade of C or better and concurrent enrollment in NURS 419 and NURS 445 .
