In-depth examination of mental health and psychiatric nursing practice; designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to provide holistic and patient-centered care to individuals experiencing mental health issues across the lifespan; includes direct patient care, simulation, interprofessional practice, laboratory, and community experiences. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in NURS 306 , NURS 307 , and NURS 312 .
