Credits 3. 2 Lecture Hours. 1 Other Hour. Forensic nurse program management; budget; program sustainability; fund development; government relations; policy making at federal, state and local levels; ethical principles; ethical decision making; overview of policies and ethical considerations that inform forensic healthcare practice and procedures; regulation of professional practice; scopes and standards of practice; ethical standards for health professionals working with victims. Prerequisites: Doctor of Nursing Practice; NRPR 725 and NRPR 728 ; concurrent enrollment in NRPR 731 .
