Properties, processing and characterization of electronic materials; synthesis of semiconductors and approaches to tailor specific electronic properties in electronically active materials; patterning and etching of electronic and optical films; characterization of film structure, morphology, composition and electronic and optical properties. Prerequisite: Graduate classification or approval of instructor.
