Theory and research in organizational behavior; includes: operant and social learning theories, work motivation, job satisfaction and affect at work, task design, absenteeism and turnover, prosocial behavior, leadership, group properties and processes and work linkages and job stress. Prerequisites: MGMT 630 or equivalent; doctoral classification or approval of instructor.
