Credits 1 to 3. 1 to 3 Lecture Hours. Organizational behavior theory, research and applications; focuses on the individual and group levels of analysis; includes learning principles, perceptions, attitudes and job satisfaction, work motivation, job design, group properties and processes, leadership, conflict, communication, personality influences on work attitudes and behaviors, work-life issues and job stress. Prerequisite: Graduate classification.
