Credits 1 to 3. 1 to 3 Lecture Hours. Procurement and management of people in organizations including human resource management principles and analysis of how organizations function; performance appraisal, compensation, training, leadership, group dynamics, decision-making, control mechanisms and organizational change processes. Classification 6 students may not enroll in this course. Prerequisite: Enrollment is limited to BUAD classification 7.
