Introduction to the role of a teacher prior to residency; development of an attitude and identity as teachers; including topics focused around ethical principles and dilemmas in academic medicine such as HIPAA, sexual harassment, disruptive physician, impaired physician, physician moral injury and wellness and patient safety; occurs during first semester of clinical clerkships; Must be taken on a satisfactory/unsatisfactory basis. Prerequisite: Doctoral classification.
