Catalog description

Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Exploration of the cutting-edge human sensing technologies with a focus on human presence detection, counting, identification and activity tracking. Upon completion of this course, the student will have been exposed to key human sensing techniques from sensor design, working principles, signal processing, communication, firmware, software development, integration and testing. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in MEEN 260 and MEEN 357 .
