Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Exploration of a new, proven leadership system targeted at the complex and fast-paced technology development of the 21st century. Analysis of shared consciousness and common purpose to entrust and empower teams to develop new products faster. Exposure to leadership tools that provide structure and discipline to implement and sustain this innovation development system. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in ENGL 103 or ENGL 104 , and ENGR 102 ; junior or senior classification in the College of Engineering.
