Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Review of analysis on the real line and cardinality; the study of general metric spaces, including convergence, continuity, completeness, and compactness; properties of the space of continuous functions on the real line; convergence and approximation; Fourier series; may include infinite products, Riemann-Stieltjes integration, or measure theory. Prerequisites: MATH 409 or equivalent.
