Catalog description

Credits 4. 4 Lecture Hours. Techniques of integration, applications of integrals, improper integrals, sequences, infinite series, vector algebra and solid analytic geometry. Designed to be more demanding than MATH 152 . Only one of the following will satisfy the requirements for a degree: MATH 148 , MATH 152 , or MATH 172 . Prerequisite: Grade of C or better in MATH 147 , MATH 151 or MATH 171 or equivalent; grade of C or better in MATH 150 or equivalent or acceptable score on TAMU Math Placement Exam.
