Identification, classification, assessment and prioritization of risks in a maritime maintenance, repair or new build project; evaluation and determination of project risk using modern modeling techniques; knowledge and skill required to construct and justify the project management risk register; examination of project resources; diverse project team synthesis, development, management and leadership as a means of risk avoidance. Prerequisites: MARE 100 or MARR 101; MARE 209 and MATH 150 ; or approval of instructor.
