Credits 2. 2 Lecture Hours. Using the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Penal Code to draft a variety of documents including a major persuasive motion and response, based on actual criminal cases—warrants, motions and responses, notices, pretrial writs, stipulations and jury instructions. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program; LAW 7065 or concurrent enrollment.
