Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Study of civil and criminal trials through lectures, demonstrations, and simulations; examination of each trial segment separately; accompanying exercises conducted from attorney and witness perspectives; presentation of an entire case through verdict via mock trial at a local courthouse. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program; LAW 7080 or concurrent enrollment.
