Credits 2. 2 Lecture Hours. Exploration of various areas of business law; includes corporate, commercial, securities, tax, and regulatory law in both domestic and international settings; reflection on the fact that complex business problems often involve the intersection of several bodies of law. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program; LAW 7056 .
