Catalog description

Credits 2 to 3. 2 to 3 Lecture Hours. Preparation of the Spanish proficient for the practice of immigration law, criminal law or family law; discussion of legal concepts and procedures related to representation of Spanish-speaking clients; review of Spanish vocabulary through simulations of interviewing, counseling and representing Spanish-speaking clients. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program; LAW 7301 or LAW 7332 , or concurrent enrollment.
