Catalog description

Credits 2 to 3. 2 to 3 Lecture Hours. National Forest Management Act, the Clean Water Act, natural resource conservation acts, Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, and other acts and issues relating to the use, management, and preservation of natural resources. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
