Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Examination of criminal and civil statutes, Supreme Court cases, executive orders and government policies that impact U.S. national security; relevant to prosecutors, criminal defense attorneys and lawyers representing state and federal agencies, law enforcement, technology companies, as well as individuals served by these entities. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
