Catalog description

Credits 2 to 3. 2 to 3 Lecture Hours. Study of private and public means of controlling land use; emphasis on planning and zoning, including the emerging problem of exclusionary land use controls; subdivision controls, restrictive deed covenants, eminent domain proceedings, and urban renewal. Prerequisites: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program; LAW 7032 .
