Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Examination of federal law concerning employment discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, age, and disability; includes Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age of Discrimination in Employment Act, the Reconstruction Era Civil Rights Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
