Credits 1 to 3. 1 to 3 Lecture Hours. Introduction to the arbitration process; examination of the legal framework governing arbitration, policy implications of its expansion and the skills necessary to be a successful advocate in domestic arbitral forms. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
