Credits 1 to 3. 1 to 3 Lecture Hours. Designed to teach mock trial team participants effective trial advocacy skills necessary to persuasively present a case to a decision maker; focus on the principles, concepts and rules of trial advocacy and evidence; facilitated by experienced litigators who will offer their insight into the realities of trial work. Prerequisites: Approval of instructor.
