Catalog description

Credits 2 to 3. 2 to 3 Lecture Hours. Examination of construction law and legal relationships; causes of action between owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects and their insurers, and construction contracts; emphasis on practical aspects of construction practice; reenactment of real construction dispute cases. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
