Credits 2 to 3. 2 to 3 Lecture Hours. Comprehensive study of the law of trusts: includes creation, administration, amendment and termination of trusts; powers, rights and duties of settlors, trustees and beneficiaries; fiduciary duties and liability of trustees; creditors rights; emphasis on Texas law. Prerequisites: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program; LAW 7032 .
