Catalog description

Credits 2 to 3. 2 to 3 Lecture Hours. Examination of the major contours of U.S. antitrust law; focus on issues that will likely be encountered in practice; issues include private litigation, analysis of pricing systems and distribution plans and the relationship of antitrust law to economics and other bodies of law. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
