Credits 1 to 2. 1 to 2 Lecture Hours. Unique ethical and moral dilemmas that arise in criminal law from both defense counsel and prosecutor perspectives; bridging the gap between traditional substantive professional responsibility and the application of criminal law practice standards; problem-solving approach. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
