Credits 4. 4 Lecture Hours. Provisions in the U.S. Constitution governing the form of government and powers of the federal judiciary, legislature and executive; relations between the federal government and states; limitations on governmental power over individuals inherent in constitutional provisions relating to due process and equal protection; restrictions on private action mandated or permitted by these constitutional provisions. Prerequisite: One year of law school in the full-time or part-time program.
