Credits 3. 3 Lecture Hours. Examination of the legal and economic principles related to the organization and operation of modern business entities as well as the laws governing the various types of business associations; topics include governance, financial structure, management, alteration and dissolution of the business entity; securities regulation; anti-trust and unfair competition law. Prerequisite: LAW 621 .
