Credit 1. 2 Lab Hours. An overview of the knowledge, skills, and expectations associated with being a competent certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS); emphasis on fundamentals associated with development and practical application of anaerobic conditioning, flexibility, mobility, muscular strength, power, and aerobic endurance training programs. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in KINE 340 or concurrent enrollment.
